Law change means my ex is quids in through CSA

October 8, 2010

I was informed in march/ april this year that i have a 11 year old son by the csa, they say they cant accept standing orders and its got to be direct debit or attatchment of earnings, they also say that LEGALY they can only take 40% of my weekly earnings, so why today did they tell me that if i pay monthly i have to pay £144on the 28 september and then £158 5th of october, thats like 2 weeks wages in the space of 1 week so im crap at maths but dont that equate to more tan 40% of my weekly wage.

The joke part of my situation is that i recieved my bombshell a matter of days after the govenment changed the law givin the slapper the oppertunity to keep all her benefits as well as recieve maintanence and i suffer.

I have a mortgage and rent to pay of aprox £600 a month but this dont count, all they wanted to know is how much do i earn and how much i get for child tax credits so they can work out how much i have to pay towards this iilligitimate child. Did the government not give this money towards my ligitimate child who is 5 years old?

The csa was supposed to be being changed to a fair and better sytem hmmmmm, so why hasnt it??? And how much commision do they get in bonuses?

…to be continued

Back in the older days before they changed their supposed rules to fairer ones… at least they took into consideration money the mother and her if any new partner had and any new children or step children and indeed mortgage, rent and council tax. Unfortunately my son has just fell foul of the CSA and their new so called fair rules and now they don't give one about his new family, his mortgage, council tax or the fact that his ex is working and also has a partner their supporting her…. I feel that fathers are victimised and this is not a fairer system and people should challenge this in the court of human rights..
