Justice has not been done

In 2011 the CSA made an assessment as part of my divorce.  I collaborated fully and they obtained all information through my accountant (I used to work as a locum doctor through a limited company).     After deducting all the expenses I paid to support my family. They deducted my private pension contribution of £1500 / month.  They made a decision that I should pay £130 / month.   My x-wife made 2 failed appeals to the tribunals.  Finally she made an appeal of ground of variation.   For the court mistake I could attend the hearing in Newcastle and the judge ordered me to pay £26,000 in total with instalments of £830.   I appealed to the Upper Tribunals in London and they up held the order.

I sent, upon the advice of my solicitor, a request for suppression due to change of my financial circumstances. The letter was sent on 15/02/2014.

Today, I have received a phone call and they denied receiving my a letter which was sent by as a reordered mail.  They said they have now changed their address from Belfast to Wolverhampton.   Then, when I said I will resend the letter for suppression tomorrow, they said it is my mistake as I sent to the wrong address, and the conversation became threatening by saying we will intimate legal action against me today.   I said one of the main reason I ask for suppression it was because I will be having a major surgery the day after tomorrow.

Yes, I am interested as I think justice has not been done both ways in my divorce case where my ex-wife through fraud and bribes got her hand on my flat in Egypt (worth more than £80,000, the court ignored the undisputed evidence and still awarded the family home in Newcastle worth more than £120,000 after payment of the remaining mortgage.  The Tribunals just added salt to the wound.

Please, keep me posted if you have enough people for your project.

Regards,

M Malik

  1. You appear to be a decent, honest bloke, who wants to do the right thing and provide finances for child/children.

You need to wake up, and realise that you are dealing with ‘robbers’ and ‘highwaymen’. Not only will the CSA strip you of most of your cash, but they will leave you homeless. They are an ‘out of control’ bunch of thieves.

Forget trying to comply and being nice, make an appointment with your local M.P. and complain about the CSA and their staff. Write to the complaints team at the CSA and make your complaints.

Fight back. The Judiciary lower/upper tribunals are in on the scam to impoverise you and criminalise you for being a parent.

You need to toughen up my friend, stop being nice and compliant and fight these f–kers!
