Just because my ex is on benefits, I can’t get the money I need
My ex doesn’t contribute to our sons life . i have sometimes asked and he will give something but he will never say does he need anything .
He told me its upto me think i should have done it more often . he hasn’t worked for 10 yrs so he doesn’t have to pay.
I think they should take at least 5 pounds a week off fathers on benefits to make them see they have to pay . i was told by csa if on benefits and he stay more than 52 days in that year i can’t claim anything is this right?

u try living on benefits and say that again how rude do you have to be . if ur son needs somthing tell him like you siad he get it if you ask he no mind reader . & yes it right you ex need that money to help pay for when his son with him just liek you got ur money to help when hes with you .

Alot.of NRP end up.on benefit as the CSA.screw them so much they are better of.not working. We cannot afford to work!!!!!

Person A: He only gives money when I ask, even though he’s on benefits.
Person B: So, ask as and when needed.
What’s harsh about that?
i would like to add my sons father took me to court .. got all the legal aid he could get to tell lies and i had to pay £3.000 pounds legal fees he made my son a nervous wreck and i have to pick up the pteces simply . he can bully you with the system . he told me he would never work to pay for his son he has always moaned about spending anything even a meal on our sons birthday he said he couldn’t afford it . My husband step dad to my son pays for everything in his life . you need to have finanical support for your kids . shame on him and im not being harsh .. he needs to get off his backside
ive lived on benefits hated it and got a job gave myself pride that i was doing something for my kids
