Mine owes me from1996 to 2010 when my son turned 18. He just seems to tell the csa to do one and they oblige. My mother managed to have me taken to court in a trice (she looked after my son after I had to move following redundancy) out of nothing but malice. I would love to know how the csa make their choices. I think that all of us who have received appalling service and non payment should find ourselves a solicitor who would take a group action to court.

Unfortunately your story is not uncommon. My friend has had £10 in 6 years. This is why it is better to make your own agreement outside of the CSA. they are the most useless incompetant ruthless organisation on the planet. they have proved worse than useless.
what you probably didnt know is that if the dad signs an agreement to the effect that he will pay X amount per Y you can insert a clause that states that each party agrees to be legally bound by the agreement. If he breaks it then yu the mum can sue and get the same laibility order as the CSA and you can call in bailiffs like the CSA can.
As for the CSA you can write to the CSA data protection unit and get a copy of your file and see if you can find out why there was such a delay.
after this you will have the information enough to make a complaint and seek compensation through a FRMG payment.

I agree with Lisa, the CSA are very corrupt, and lying people, I certainly do get off with fobbing them off, I disagree with the whole system as single mothers are using it as an income and nothing goes to the child, also the CSA use it as an income as well as they take 20% also from the father for processing, fathers commit suicide due to their wrongful decisions, I can’t see how this would be good for a child known they killed their father, the whole system is so wrong, I can’t see why a person on 100k per year have to pay more than a guy on 10k a year a the end of the day kids are kids and the all cost the same it’s not for the woman’s upkeep, again there are fathers that pay and the CSA don’t pay out until a month or two later if they do that to every single parent that’s a lot of interest but they say it goes into a non interest account haha yeah ok, another one of my gripes why should a father pay if it was his wife that broke the marital home by being a slut she should be penalised for that as it was her doing so the situation you have is father gets shafted from the CSA, he gets his kid taken away from him and all through no fault of his own, but the same should happen if its the bloke that’s being a tart he should get penalised, there is infraction women out there just getting pregnant just to claim CSA as its an income eventually. Something seriously needs done about the whole system old and new……rant over
I think this whole entrapment thing should be made illegal as well, if a woman has a child that isn’t wanted by both parents or the guy doesn’t want to be a dad she should be made to foot the bill herself, while I agree all children should be supported it doesn’t give the woman the right to have a child that is only wanted by her

@macon not sure whether you know Karen’s children are grown adults now so she is obviously to old for more kids, she had a massive lump sum from criminal compliance unit, about 15k so I have seen on her posts on this site, she also mentioned not long ago that CSA arrears are outstanding and she wants them to, though her kids won’t benefit now, just herself that will, it’s disgraceful but she still keeps spouting her bile to people, maybe she must not know the amount of people whose lives have been destroyed by women like her

Women like her never know when to give it up, she reckoned to have reported us to the police, I’m sure they laughed at her in the process, the police are badly done to by CSA as well, they probably thought same as us, freedom of speech and bitter twisted woman who has had the truth told about her, seeing as she portrays herself as hard done to on here yet is supposedly also very successful with her business that she set up with the money she got from criminal compliance unit she has no right to come here calling anybody, she makes herself look greedy and desperate, that’s the truth I don’t care if it hurts her, she should move on
