  1. Send your DNA results to the CSA and u will refunded in full for every penny u have paid in. Good luck

  2. You accepted paternity and paid, you also put your name on the birth cert, I can’t tell you now the CSA will not stop taking payments even if DNA is proved your not the dad, that’s the law

  3. I actually know of somebody that has paid for 15 years for a child not his proven by DNA, CSA have said because he accepted paternity and put his name on that legal document payments will carry on to the pwc, the only way of fighting is to go for judicial review and get the decision from CSA overturned

  4. Lisa you know more than most about the CSA but I am sure if you submit DNA evidence from a approved DNA lab the CSA stop your payments from that day no court in the land would make you pay and if they took a deduction of earning this would be illegal as you have proved you are not liable !

  5. in the eyes of CSA law the person accepted paternity, so CSA wont stop payments until a court order is sent to CSA re declaration of none parentage, so unless this is in place, the payment schedule will stay in place

  6. I’m with lisa on this one, my friends husband was deemed not the father by using cellmark yet csa still take money…its been hell for them and csa even ignored their solicitors…but months down the line someone went and had dna done and was the father and he was paying csa too, so that’s 2 men paying for the same child, you couldn’t make it up.

  7. This is outrageous to persecute a man who has been tricked into putting his name on the birth certificate in good faith to still take money of him after DNA evidence has came to light even if the CSA are this cruel you would have to hope the mother would cancel the claim still can’t believe this has to be the worst cases of CSA corruption !

  8. If csa can access easy money then they ignore all evidence… there was a case of csa taking money from a man via deo who was married, had a vasectomy and had the brown envelope through the door he didn’t even know the pwc who named him as the father yet csa nearly cost him his marriage….it was on watchdog. Csa do not care who they hurt nor the pwcs who think they can get easy money without having to prove a damn thing! How many men out there are paying for children that aint their’s?

  9. The only way the CSA will stop payments is by having the declaration of non parentage from the courts, this costs around £200, to be fair it’s worth every penny, the CSA will only refund any monies from the date paternity was questioned
