I’ve not been paid since January
I havent been paid since january 2015 for my youngest daughter, maintenance arrears are accrueing and yet he is fully qualified hso there is 11500 being held at my solicitors by order of court he know claims jobseekers allowance but is working cash in hand ive just lost my wtc as I do too many hours just to keep afloat csa has not contacted me or pushed the issue how he can claim jobseekers allowance is beyond me as he has proffesion my daughters college kit is £750 but hes not helping lives with girlfriend has many holidays how can this be fair?

Well done to your ex! Maybe learn that csa payments are not to be relied on! It’s not your money it’s money for your child when you do get them! I see many men are getting wise to the csa and it’s tricks
If he on jobseekers allowance u only get min 5pound and csa will just take 5pound from that

I know the money is for my child!! I cant seem to win I work 6 days a week and wtc say im earning too much I wouldnt have to work so many hours but need to support my daughter financially at college, now have £750.00 to find for college kit if I had reveived csa payments I could ease up on my workload but I cant at present doesn’t seem fair my ex goes on holidays buys Mercedes car and doesn’t provide for his daughter!!!

Would you work your butt off to have someone take 20% of your earnings BEFORE TAX? If a realistic figure (the government currently assesses this to be £60 per week so £30 from each parent or maybe £40 from PWC as they have the privilege of living with the child) capped at £30 per week per child was taken and it all went to the child not a chunk to the government many NRP’s would happily pay and in many cases also enjoy spending their hard earned wages on their children themselves as they wish (not through an ex). Would you like to work and pay your ex to look after his children the amount you think he should pay you? It is not surprising many NRP’s find it not worthwhile working…….
Not been paid since 1994! Son is 23 next wk told by Csa ex has to pay arrears just not enforced how the f€^# is he allowed to get away with it!!

I get sooooo fucking angry having a government agency dictate to me how my wages should be spent on my daughter.
How fucking dare they force me to hand it over to the mother and her partner, (whom by the way both work full time) to piss away however THEY choose. This week, my daughter could not text or call me because she had no credit on her phone, she sent me a card and I had to collect it from the sorting office because postage had not been paid. 300 fucking quid I am forced to hand over to that skank mother each month and the bitch can’t buy credit for my daughters phone or ensure the post is paid on a card she sends her dad. THATS WHATS WRONG WITH THIS BASTARD AGENCY. It don’t give a flying fuck about how the money is spent and even less about if it is even spent on the child. NRP’s…we are just ATM machines for the ex’s to milk dry, we are branded as criminals and made to pay the price for helping bring a child into the world whilst the other parent gets rewarded for their part.

What about the mothers that are struggling to get by and bringing up there children single handedly whilst there ex swans around living a good life working and doesnt care about there kids and have no intention of paying for them either i think yes everyone has valid points for there situations but also CSA needs to help the mothers to get the money due to help bring up, feed and clothe there child when there childs father doesnt want to see or pay for them.
