You only pay if Child benefit is being paid. Ask for proof from the Child Benefit office, and get your M.P. involved.
If you daughter is not a prescribed educational course as laid down by the DWP child benefit site. The Child benefit may not be payable.
Check their site for the courses that qualify.
In any case do not take what the CSA say as being true. They are lying thieves.
