I’ve had 11 useless case workers so far

June 22, 2013

back in 2007 i broke my leg and was put on a nil assesment but falkirk told me i must pay my arrears ,i said i didnt have any so i asked for an audit. we worked out that there was two years and 10 months payments missing from 2003 till 2005…

ive always had a deo so i looked into it and found that my employer hadnt been forwarding my payments !… since then ive repeatedly asked for an investigation and asked the csa to explain why they failed to collect my sons money..i have evidence that i paid it (wage slips) which i sent to crewe in 2008 but they cant find them !!!

as it stands at the minute i am being made to repay the alledged arrears.. they are in the process of closing the case as my son is now 18 and have said they will look into the arrears when its closed … i wont hold my breath as ive had 11 case workers and not one has ever done anything… my questions to them are why didnt they persue the money in 2003 ( they made 2 phone calls to my company) and when a case worker requested an investigation in 2008 why was it never done ? i want my money back and i want my son to receive the rest of what hes due they are a shocking company .ive been told im a liar and totally been let down by them

Falkirk and plymouth are the worst.offices to deal with ever, all I can suggest is get your mp involved first off, then join our group on facebook, csaripoffs, we can get you the help to get the csa to sort things quicker, good luck

Is the employer still in business?

  • stuart says:

your employer can provide you with copies of your wage slips. suggest you get them and then use recorded delivery and put in a forma l complaint.

Lisa, from reading the stories on here Bolton must be pushing for the number 1 spot.

  • stuart says:

I would suggest Bolton as being the worst, but from all comments they all seem pretty inept, you have to question the message the staff are getting from senior management. case workers never available, managers always in meetings, 24 hour call backs that do not happen, errors made daily. If anywhere else it would be shut down and fines imposed.

As previous get copy wage slips. Also write to the data protection officer @ the CSA and request your files. Costs a tenner and they must get prints to you within forty days. Which includes weekends. You should get some info to support your case from these. Good luck. 11 incompetent case workers is ‘not unusual’ as Tom Jones would say… They are the scum of the earth… Oxygen thieves the lot of them
