I am a single mum of three children. Their father has objected to paying any kind if child support.we have now been separated 6 years. The first three years I was payed nothing until I contacted Csa. I was payed a rather small amount for a year till I asked for a review. He was at this point almost several thousand in arrears. He works offshore and has now declared himself a director of a limited company earning only minimum wage £146 a week. The truth is he earns well over £1000 a week but I cannot prove it. Nobody works on a rig for minimum wage. He is now paying a pittance of £7 a week each for his three children. The arrears has just been stutter off?!!
Nobody seems to be able to prove that he is diverting his income to avoid paying child support. Who can help??? Csa been useless lawyers even worse.
