I’ve been waiting 14 and a half years for payment

Been waiting 14 and a half years for child maintenane for eldest son recieved roughly £10 throughout the years in £2.50 payments. Fully cooperated with the agency get told payment plans are being started up and nothing ever surfaces and his ‘biological’ has been in employment throughout.

I did DNA tests right at the beginning even though the father knew his child was his, his father got away with paying the DNA test fees, he even asked for court appearance he didnt turn up, didnt pay the court fees for wasting their time.

It’s disgusting.

  1. So Andrew and Sarah How have either of your comments helped anyone ?????
How about we all just stick to the facts as they are presented. ???

To the lady with the problem. this will be more helpful than the above comments.
If you have proof that he is working you can submit that to the CSA. I would send it buy ordinary post but post it at a post office and get a proof of posting reciept and attach that to a copy of the evidence obtained. If you have no proof then you cant really say he is working.

I will further suggest that you write to the CSA and get a copy of your file. Clearly something has gone massively wrong and it may be a error that is not on the computer so the CSA are A) not looking for it and B) even irf they were looking for it it would not be visible on the computor screens. this will cost 10 quid but is well worth it. Once you look at the file you may be able to identify the error. I would suggest that you then point out the error in the form of a complaint and you may get a payment from them.

But using the CSA is a proven waste of time. T would suggest that you scrap it and start again but contact the dad writing off the arrears as a good will gesture on your part with a view that he starts paying now. Lets be honest. You wont get the money from the CSA you havent so far
