Sue them and charge £3.500 for emotional suffering CSA has caused over the last x years
In order to Sue anyone you have to write a letter before claim. they will send a polite response to the effect Rowley v Secretary of state 2007. which pretty much says the CSA do not owe a duty of care so cant be sued.
However I have read the case and think its bullshit.
I would write to the independant case examiner and send all the evidence to them to investigate.
They will write a report and make a recommendation to pay. Csa usually pays up. If they dont.
Then I would sue but you will then be armed with an independant report to submit to the court as evidence.
If it heads to court pop up on hear again and I will point out the flaws in the rowley case. but dont forget the CSA read this sight as well and I dont want to give the game away..
