Despite paying for 16years by deduction of earnings and never missing, i was told i owed £3000. Due to ‘old system’ cobblers – they threatened to take triple of my normal amount for 6 months and did it 1 month!! Customer complaints sorted it – but i have now paid 6 months after my liability ended, which was in March and i am still fighting for my money back!! They don’t phone, no paperwork, have blatantly lied and i still wait!! Disgraceful outfit – legalised robbery
