I’ve been stopped from seeing my son so she can get more money
Denied the right to see my son by my ex so she can top up her benefits with the full CSA amount that am forced to pay!! as I work I can’t afford to go to court and pay the solicitors fees etc, where as she gets everything paid for!!
Currently in the process of bankruptcy as am currently struggling to even top up my gas meter and pay the bills that’s not taking into account by the CSA, totally unfair but quite easy to solve take into account living expenses and if contact is denied by the parent with care tell them they will receive £0 it really is that simple!!

£215 to go court, you don’t need a solicitor
Get her to take you to court she pays the court fees and you don’t need a solicited the courts like parents seeing there children if anything the courts will be disappointed with her because she is being obstructive I am going bk to court cus my CSA payments have gone down because I see my son a lot because they hav gone down she wants to restrict my access now

The judge won’t take kindly to her restructing access at all, never mind if it’s not get more CSA money. She doesn’t stand a chance. You might even get more access than you had before! We took my partner’s ex to court and CAFCASS advised the case to be rushed to contact could start immediately. She came across very badly in the report – it highlighted she was putting her issues above the children.
Don’t leave it too long though – they’ll give you less access at the start if there’s been a big gap to ease the kids into contact (they don’t understand these bonds don’t just break!).
The law needs to be changed and this is one reason why. Fathers do need to pay for their children but the way in which payments are worked out needs to change. Like payments are worked out after LIFE bills and taken into account first like food rent etc. Then they also needs to look at the full household income of the mother and take that into account so the money doze go to mums who really do need it not mums who want the use it to pay their new car off why you cant pay your rent.. They need to stop taking into account working tax credits and child tax credits on the fathers side as an income also. Like this if you agree and for this to change everyone being used as a money cow needs to come together to have there vice heard. Maybe everyone wright a letter to your MP telling what’s happened to you and tell em you want how its worked out to change all on the same day lol? Its not going change by just griping about it on here.
Another nrp in work forced to leave their job because the CSA believe everything they are told by the pwc .He is quite happy to pay but because the CSA leave it so long to assess you there is little chance to catch up.Being in an arrears situation means they can automatically take up to 40% of your wage (and your tax credits IF you get any!) The money to pwc is calculated on your wage BEFORE this amount gets given to the pwc so nrps often find they dont qualify for tax credits themselves at all despite losing almost half their wage!! Nrp’s need to have enough left to provide a place with several bedrooms to have the children when they come to stay(IF the pwc’s let them come -it reduces the CM so a lot dont !!)They need to feed the children when they are with them & often travel quite a distance to collect & return the children on a weekend to say nothing of actually having to money to take them out & do anything fun with them ! Things need to change very soon !
Hi,sorry to here your story it is so common and you are not alone my only advice is to talk to people closest to you so you don’t get too depressed and make a diary ,it helped me just to wright everything down and have a filing system in place as it is a very long road in dealing with the csa remember head held high as you are not in the wrong.
Go to your M.P.and tell them that you are being criminalised regarding your children. Not the governments children, not the CSA’s children…. your children.

So common this problem. CSA actively promote this by telling PWC more money if stop overnight access. Make sure your boy knows his bitch of a mother has tried to stop you having contact.. My cunt of an ex did this. Went to court twice and obtained two contact orders as she still tried to stop me seeing. Now she says they don’t want to see me or they are ill etc. can’t wait to bump into her on a dark night somewhere when she is out on her fuckin broomstick..
