It’s not worth working any longer – the CSA takes more than I earn
After divorcing my wife for embezzling hundreds of thousands of pounds, and committing adultery, I started a new job (and, I’d hoped, a new life).
She’s now shopped me to the CSA, who are taking more money off me than I am left with after rent, commuting, etc.
They take nothing into consideration when calculating the payments, other than my salary and childcare nights.
I’ve since learnt that she sends my child to a 3rd party one night a week, but they are not interested in this either, as it “doesn’t change how many nights I have my child”.
I am not faced with quitting my job, as it’s not worth me working. I’ve tried to explain this to her, but she’s as thick as pig-****!

when you find a new job give your new employer a different national insurance number and they can find you then.. try to change 1 number or letter..
I too was the victim of a money grabbing adulteress. I got screwed in divorce, and shafted by the CSA, to date in divorce and CSA payments I have probably paid £135,000.
Like most victims on here, it becomes a matter of survival techniques, whilst at the same time battling the establishment, who portray as feckless parents, and in Camerons’ words, call us, “worse than drink drivers”!
Any decent parent would want to provide for THEIR children (not the mothers children, not the governments children), but I am all in favour of ‘downing tools’ and give these CSA scumbags nothing at all.
They treat nrp’s as ‘cash points’, demonise and criminalise them, on the pretence of child poverty, when in fact the money is for government ‘money laundering’ purposes!
I hope that you can evade the claws of the CSA, and yet provide for your children outside of this shambolic system.
Tips. Do not have any phone contact with the CSA. get everything in writing as evidence. If you have complaints, go to your M.P.( but be careful what you tell your M.P., they are in bed with the CSA). Tell the CSA as little as you can about your personal circumstances. Ask for your data file, cost £10. This will expose their lies, on information they keep on you. A lot of your file will be redacted (blanked out).
