I think it’s aged 12 or 13 when a court will take on board the child’s thoughts and wishes.
And as Ritchie says, if he was that abusive ? Why did you trust him with the kids.
And Chris. I have a daughter that I have recently seen. First and only 1 night over in nearly 2 yrs. Her skank of a mother couldn’t as usual be bothered to let me know that my daughter was in my home town for Easter. It took my daughter pleading with her auntie to bring her to my house……oh and I’m screwed £320 a month for this.
