my husband asked once if he could do this 3 years ago and they said yeah… but that was one person and when he asked again they said you cant do it so it wouldnt surprise me if your ex was told this in the past by the csa to be honest. either you need the money for your child on a day to day basis . tell your ex to open a savings account for him as well if he wants to do that!!
