Is there any way of getting my daughter’s college attendance records?

Does anyone have any idea how I can get my daughters college attendance records so that I can prove my ex was lying and that my daughter was not in education for most of the year??

  1. Write direct to college. You have joint parental responsibility. Just enclose copy of your id and decree absolute etc child’s details.. A solicitor can write a letter but go get some free legal advise and do it yourself for free.. Solicitor will charge approx £100.00

  2. Mike because of the child’s data protection they will not disclose that info regardless of joint responsibility….my husband tried and that was the response he got, its not right if csa are involved and a nrp has every right to know.

My advice is ring the child benefit office, give them your concerns and see what comes of it. Its shocking that all a pwc has to do is tick a box without no checks being made….think this type of fraud is the tip of the iceberg.
