Mike because of the child’s data protection they will not disclose that info regardless of joint responsibility….my husband tried and that was the response he got, its not right if csa are involved and a nrp has every right to know.
My advice is ring the child benefit office, give them your concerns and see what comes of it. Its shocking that all a pwc has to do is tick a box without no checks being made….think this type of fraud is the tip of the iceberg.
