U have to take her court mate , then caff cass get involved etc . A long process, but a good one, least u will have court orders 🙂 not that there worth much !
I strongly suggest you get in touch with your local branch of Families Need Fathers http://www.fnf.org.uk
It will save you tons of money, as their meetings on support group are free. I got their help for the last year and now my son lives with me and ex wife has to pay me via CSA the maintenance. But that is just mine situation. Get in touch with them ASAP. I can honestly recomend them. Your son has all the rights to see his daddy.
We went to court to get access to my partner’s children. Cafcass recommended immediate access. It was costly but so worth it. The courts don’t take kindly to women who restrict access for no reason – it’s called parental alienation.
I know a lot of people say court orders are not worth anything but if they ignore them you can go back to court and have them enforced. It’s easier now they’ve abolished legal aid for this kind of thing because bitter women can no longer afford to use it for fun.
This site is great for advice on this kind of thing: http://www.dad.info/dad-talk-forum/legal-eagle/10255-guide-to-representing-yourself-in-court
Good luck.
