Is there a time frame for arrears to be written off?

CSA they are a joke!

well after 12 years they , apply attachment of earnings and claim £500 out of my husbands salary with no notification.

Then they proceed to give me two payment reschedules and two outstanding balances. Forgive me if I don’t trust their calculations.

All this after one child has lived with us for 11 of those years for whom we received no CSA as the mother / absent parent was either in prison or to lazy to work.

Rant over ! reason for being on site is to ask does any one know if there is a time frame within which arrears are written off?
