Is the CSA there to protect the Children or to sacrifice the Fathers?

My Ex and I seperated before the birth of my Son (Joshua) who is now 15 months old. Joshuas mother stopped Joshua from spending time with me for the first 14 Months of his life. I have been through court and we currently have a Court Order regarding visitation.

This agreement has absolutely no weight in her eyes. It states exactly when and where Joshua should spend time with me.

However his mother determines that she has the right to tell me that I will not be sing my son until I fork over extra money for his medical bills. These medical bills are nothing out of the ordinary. His mother decided (off her own back) to see a Specialist about getting grommets in little Joshuas ears. A procedure that is safe and fast when utilising the public system. She never got me involved in the decision to see a specialist and now demands that I pay the specialist bills.

I can not afford to take her to court again, so she is currently getting away with it. The way I see it is that she is breaking the law by breaching the agreement.

I really want to see my Son. I already have built a relationship with him, but his monther is doing everything she can to prevent this.

PLEASE, does anyone have any advice that can help me through this. I am struggling emotionally and financially.

I have set up Mediation, however it is a slow process, and once mediation is complete, I really can not afford to take the matter back to court.

I really need legal representation that will bill her, as she is the one breaking the agreement, not me.

  1. If she is breaching the Court Order then you must go to Court to get the Order enforced. You do not need to use a solicitor. Many fathers don’t because we cannot afford to because we have been stripped of all our assets and earnings.

This page is for problems with the CSA, or come join us on Facebook? CsaHell on Facebook is down at the moment so for the moment we are discussing problems on “Against the Csa” on Facebook, but you need help with contact so go to “Separated Dads” or “Dads with Kids”, both on Facebook, or find your local FNF branch and go there for assistance. You must not allow her to continue to breach the Court Order.
