We did eventually get a meeting with 2 managers once our MP was involved. But obviously the managers claimed that the CSA were right and had done everything correct, which they hadn’t. Now we are appealing.

Yes, you can get to meet them, but only in a Court and then only via their solicitors. Get your full Csa file sent to you and in the mean time demand that they provide you with the supporting evidence.
