Incompetent idiots started to get abusive when I challenged their lies
Before my case landed with these rude and incompetent individuals it was handled in Scotland. There is wages arrestment in place with a date of no later than 19 the of month to receive payment. These idiots denied this was a legal order and started yelling at me over the phone when I challenged this. A manager hung up when he too realised I wouldn’t be lied to accusing g me of having a bad attitude and being abusive. If that is a bad attitude and abuse for challenging blatant lies then I’m guilty but they think they can treat people like crap and lie to cover up their incompetence. I hope one of their family have the misfortune of needing to deal with these idiots.

One of their staff had the audacity to phone me at work and at home when they did not have my permission to do it this. It was harassment. When I challenged the caller, I was called a ” horrible man”. That sounded like the ex speaking and were I may be a ” horrible man” to those who can’t get their own way. I most certainly am not a horrible man in ordinary life. A complaint sorted her out!
You are doing the right thing in challenging them. They are incompetent idiots. My advice is do it in writing, then you have evidence of their incompetence.
What happens between parents and their children, should have nothing to do with grade 1 office clerks and a run for profit quango. Issues regarding parents and their children belong in the courts with professional people, and not bogus officials.
Bring on the class action to sue these idiots and the political elite who are about to be booted out of their comfort zone on a wave of new people power. Chou Chou bye bye!
