I’m thinking of signing on to avoid CSA
Basically they are taking double the agreed amount after promising this would not happen. Am at my wits end as I am paying out almost half my earnings (minimum wage job.. after csa take £71 per week I am left with £146).
This is double the agreed limit. oh and when I was between jobs and unemplyed they still took my cash, hence giving up on the direct debit and thinking that it would be simpler done trhough my employer.
It’s rediculas.. and as thier systems are being upgraded they can do nothing about it apart from promise for a supervisor to call… before next payday.. doubtfull.. Am seriously contemplating dropping my hours to 8 or less hours a week and giving up signing on and drinking cheap cider.

Best way m8, they are screwing me too I get tax credits as I have my 2 girls full time and pay Csa for my 2yr old son from someone that used me big time. Csa take money from child tax credit I get from my girls and from my wages which is wrong as I can’t afford to live and pay all bills etc I also have no life and can’t go out anywhere because of no money!! It seems pointless to work as i can’t financially better myself if I earn more Csa take more of my wages and tax credit will give me less money, it’s a bloody joke as my ex doesn’t work claims everything and her benefits aren’t affected so bloody wrong and unfair as us men are just used
