I’m struggling to survive every week – is there anything I can do?
Hello Im currently unemployed but have my son 3 days a week including 1 night friday to saturday by court order, my ex stopped me seeing him for 5 weeks then i received the letter from csa saying i should pay the £5 minimum.
I sent them an email stating i shouldnt pay as i have him 3 days a week but ive been ignored, im seeing him again now just had him for a week and am currently living on £89 a fortnight its impossible and im struggling to survive week by week.

You would have to prove you have him over 52 nights a year. Very difficult to do.

contact them via the phone but keep records of everything that’s said.
Join the club, this is an issue I raised in court recently and was recorded by the Child Swindling Agency in an interview under caution. CSA now known as DWP (Dads without Privileges) now a registered company FOR PROFIT!!
Bitterness aside I went 2 weeks on 50p between benefit payments because I used up my meagre JSP on giving my kids a good time. Got on my feet then CSA/DWP take me to court allegedly for fraud as they couldn’t make an assessment. Facts are they don’t give two hoots for you or your kids and whether you starve or end up homeless is of no concern to the civil servant getting his or her salary and reading of script every time they call or write to you. What are the options;
Stand up and fight which could mean jail but at least you eat and have a roof over your head!!
Leave the country, many are so why not get on the bandwagon
Decide life’s not worth living (NOT AN OPTION BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT THE CSA/DWP WANT)
My position is now simple, you have to be like Robin Hood but in this case take from the rich and give to the poor (In this case you!!). It’s about working but not working so Dell Trotter fan club, eat your heart out Rodney is here!!
Whatever you do, take no more phone calls everything must be in writing, don’t lose hope your lottery ticket could come in, don’t be bullied and next time you vote try George Galloway as he’s the only one talking sense and who’s hands are not in the pot of corruption. Even better become a rep for a tobacco company and vote Conservative!!

Your assessment is NIL, if ure on bens and you have shared care for even 1 night a year the assessment is deemed as nil. what ure pwc has done is made an app at a time you didnt have s/c, phone the csa advise you are now having s/c again and youll get a nil assesssment. Assuming ure pwc agress you have s/c that is. if she doesnt youll have to prove it, and thats a hard thing to do, dont think ive ever really seen proof i can use and ive seen alot.
