I’m sick of this treatment from the CSA – they are a disgrace!

September 5, 2013

I am sick of the CSA!!!!!! I have just had £614 taken from my wages this month (deuctionof earning order). This is is despite me paying my monthly maintenance each month!!!

I would ring up and pay by debit card. The thing is this is not good enough for the CSA and they wanted me to pay by direct debit which I was not happy about. However I eventually agreed to this and I set up a direct debit.

There was a problem with this and the CSA told me to cancel it for some reason a couple of days later. I continued to pay over the phone each month until I received a letter threatening a deduction of earnings order! (despite me paying monthly! The CSA hassle the wrong Fathers in my opinion and should concentrate on getting money of all the so-called Fathers who don’t pay.

I again set up a direct debit and this month found that they have debited the £614 from my wages! My direct debit comes out of my account on 10th Sep on top of the money taken from my wages, so I will have to cancel my direct debit with the CSA.

The thing is the CSA will now start threatening me again as I will again have to cancel this direct debit as I cannot afford for this payment to go out of my account – CSA are a disgrace!

The CSA are an ‘out of control’, ‘bunch of bullies’.

Get everything in writing, as evidence. Don’t speak to them by phone. Make a complain to the Chief Executives office.

Go to your M.P. and tell them the facts.

These scumbags did this to me. They dumped £6,400 of debt on to me, because they mad a mistake with my case (yeah right- arseholes).

I argued with them, went to ‘rigged’ tribunal, where the adjudicator was employed by the CSA. Needless to say this disgraceful system, dismissed my appeal.

They then put a DEO on my income.

I hope the Serious fraud office investigate this lot. Lock a few up and put them in the dock, before imprisonment!

If you pay by card each and every month without fail, why would they enforce a DEO? When someone pays over the phone regularly they do generally have to advise to set up a standing order but if this was also set up, yet again – why the need for a DEO? If anything, there would be a potential overpayment, surely – not a need to collect more money from you?

If you’re telling the entire truth then I wholeheartedly understand your disgust with the CSA but unless you have arrears you haven’t mentioned or haven’t been paying the correct amount (or the payments you make are really irregular) then I don’t see where they have the reason to implement a deduction of earnings order. It would probably be in your best interest to request everything in writing and speak to a solicitor…

If you have a DD in place and they take more than the agreed amount it is theft call them and tell them they have 24 hours to return the money or you will be reporting this to the police and obtaining a crime number, also inform your bank of this and demand they challenge the CSA for this fraud on your account.
Yes you can challenge the CSA and it is theft and also illegal for them to hold onto this money. mention breach of policy.

I paid my correct CSA every single month but because I wouldnt pay byy direct debit they threatened me with DEO. I even offered too pay by standing order and they took a DEO on my wages. They arre a disgrace and can do exactly what they please. Their is no independent complaints procedure its all in house. JOKE!
