I’m sending in proof but I’m 90 per cent sure they’ll screw it up again
got a CSA letter today saying i owe £2040 in areas from 2011 and included in my lovly letter there was a break down of payment which i checked with lots and lot of statments and they where correct apart from one small detail.
They have no reconision of payment april 2012 to nov 2012 which makes up £1800 in payment but my bank sayes other wise so i ring the numty department and tell them and there answer is send in proof and we will recalulate and the chances of screwing it up again i say 90% watch this space

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD, As usual csa corruption to the core
If you find that the CSA are misleading you, and you do not in fact owe what they say that you owe, then that is worthy of a complain to the Chief executive, to get the muppet who is trying to stitch you in big trouble.
It may also be worthy of a complaint to the police.
