No they cannot do that. Look on the Internet you can get legal representation for issues like these with the CSA……they cannot make you pay again for their mistake, once they have your money it is their responsibility to distribute it to the PWC’s

if your overpaid by your employer the law states they have the right to take it back, if you overpay for something you have a legal right to get the overpayment back, so the csa have a legal right to make her pay it back, if not wat ever you pay them for her they can deduct wat they give her for example if she owes 100 and you pay say 30 a month to csa then they send her 20 a month for 10 months simple eh?
