If your name is not on the birth certificate you can ask for a DNA test, dont let the CSA push you about, demand whats rightfully yours, dont back down and dont take no for an answer, i would be demanding answers from your ex as well to why she has named you as the father, probs a greedy munter who wants your cash knowing the actual father wont pay,
