I’m paying £54 a week for one child, now I suddenly owe £800
Ive had a claim made against me for a child that an ex partner had approx 9 months after our relationship ended, i know im not named on the birth cert and i dont have PR for the child.
When first approached by CSA i refused to give then any information so they made a default maintenance decision and worked out i owe £54 a week (for one child !). Ive repeatedly talked to CSA and told them that i only earn £70 per week but they continue to send letters demanding arrears of some £800.
Ive even told them that i used to pay CSA only £5 per week for my other 3 children and that should be recorded with thier Belfast office.

You are just a cash cow to be milked dry by the CSA SCUM, they don’t care if you are the biological father or not,,,,Lisa will be able to advise you when she gets here
firstly is the child defo yours??? if your not sure get a dna test. Then get PR for the child via court and have the birth certificate changed. With regards to the maintenance provide csa with copies of your income proof and demand they do a reassessment. keep records of all calls, letters etc in diary format and phone records to prove your calls were made etc
