£129 a month I would love to of had that try almost twice that a week and the only answer the CSA give you is this is a priority dept nothing else matters and they’ll calculate arrears on income only not expenditure
How come ya still payin Csa for a 21yr old? All stops on 19th birthday
Payments stop at 20 if in education will continue if arrears
Only 19 if under 1993 rules if claimed under 2003 its 20
If child benefit stops so does csa unless arrears
If they calculating no expenditure yr under 2003 rules n its 20 umless arears
Meant to stop at 20 !! Id stop payments and demand all payments back to her 20th birthday be refunded to you unless you are paying arrears.

Sounds to me that the payments are arrears payments. perhaps best to go to CAB and see if they will do you a financial statement, then put an offer to the CSA to pay an agreed amount for the arrears using the CAB financial statement, CAB may even attempt to negotiate with the CSA on your behalf. I would imagine that the CSA have told you that the arrears have to be paid within two years, this is not true.
This is pure guess work as to your position as the facts are relatively scant from your original post.
I thought it stopped at the end of the academic year after their 18th birthday – so if your child was 18 since September 2012, the last payment will be in August.
So there’s more information to confuse you!
No wonder you are pushed from pillar to post with the CSA, their own rules are just too confusing for PWCs,NRPs and their own ignorant staff.
When dealing with the CSA ALWAYS do it in WRITING not by telephone.
