I’m owed two months of pay but they’re now denying it

November 12, 2013

My son 18, finished full time education last July and was actively seeking work, until claiming jsa from Feb – May, then went into a job.

Despite making over 30 calls to the CSA since last August to inform them of this, it has taken them until this August to acknowledge my liability ended in March and my case closed!

I have continued to pay until March, despite my calls asking why? I am therefore owed 5months, as there are no arrears on the case, due toa full breakdown done last July – again as a result of a CSA mistake, trying to take 3k off me!!

Incorrectly as they admitted. I have received some back, but am still at least 2 months owed. Their Final case closing deadline date of 19th Sep is nearly 2 months over and despite the complaints resolution team now dealing with it, am now no closer to receiving my money back.

I have a log of all calls made, false promises of money owed and calls back and have now been told i a m owed nothing. I am absolutely disgusted at the way i’ve been treated and owed money.

Thanks in advance
