I’m not registered as a UK citizen – can she still use CSA against me?
I and my ex are both Portuguese, we had a son together, but because we were living in the UK for less than 5 years my son was registered as Portuguese citizen.
Soon after his birth our relationship went downhill, and we went separate ways. As she is driven by the money, she pointed me to the Child Support Agency.
The question is, being us both foreign and our son Portuguese, and she being in the UK for less than 5 years, she still can use the CSA services against me? Shouldn’t she instead contact the Portuguese services? Thank you.

If u live here u have to pay dose many it u r from here or not . If u or her have moved back or out of the UK then she cant but if u both here then yes she can ]

Yes non UK citizens also do pay child support if u reside In the uk.
@ kim where does it say he doesn’t want to pay? He’s asked whether his ex should be contacting child support services from his home country and not using the dreaded uk one!!
