The CSA are well known and documented for holding on to payments, so it may not be the NRP’s fault
The csa forcr many nrps on to the dole but takin and forcing huge amounts as payments so its not always there choice
Mine said it was due 1st Dec.. but csa said his employer had til end of Dec to pay.. tho I received it on the 8th
I’m still struggling to have paperwork sent out that was meant to arrive in October !! Complaints dept rang yesterday after I got my local MP involved – I’ve spoken to over a dozen different people at csa who assured me they would personally see to it that they were sent out ! Lucky you for receiving a letter !!!
It sounds right if there is a deduction from earnings order in place.
Read the paragraph below the table of payments on your schedule. Something along the lines of…
“if the other party is having the money deducted from their earnings, their employer will have until the 19th of the month following the deduction to send this money to the agency”
letter also states – “we aim to pay out money within 7 days of receiving it, however please allow a further 3-5 working days for this money to reach your account”.
All in, it seems like the end of January is realistic.
Ye it’s in place, but I was supposed to receive a text last week so I’m calling them AGAIN today! ! I should have received something or heard by now!!
