I’m in arrears for a child that isn’t mine – surely this can’t be right?

Hi just had call from CSA re my ex asking for case to be reassessment. So was told my assessment was going up from £274 pm to £300pm which is fine.

But now they said ive arrears as in 2004 the PWC circumstances changed and her older daughter ‘couldnt be claimed for’, this daughter is not mine and nowt to do with me, yet because of her the CSA are now saying i owe £6 pw in arrears since 2004! surely this cant be right!!

  1. Get a DNA test done then. It will be free via them if you aren’t her father. Why haven’t you even considered it yes? CSA won’t make you pay for a child proven not to be yours.

The child has only just been added to the case, dont take this bollocks lying down, demand a paternity test, when it comes back false then go for compensation for grief and suffering, these idiots believe everything the PWC tell them, then drag the woman to court for lying to a government department, we need to take a stand against these things happening, get your data file costs a tenner, can probably guess there was no MEF in there and they have taken the mums word for it, happens all the time, its about time the staff of csa were brought to book for not abiding by rules, they tell notbing but lies, the whole place and the staff are a shambles,

  4. can you clarify if the child was named as a QC in the case back to 2004, and if so is the change of circs on the PWC’s side to remove the child?
