I’m having to borrow money to get to work
I’m currently trying to ‘successfully’ complain to the CSA after my 1st attempt has resulted in the payment going up! I was paying £90 p/week from net earnings of approx £370 – £450 after tax etc.
I was re-assessed and they wanted £215 per week. I explained this was impossible but after months waiting to resolve this and the payment being reduced to £170.84, I am left trapped, as I am at a stage where I’m having to borrow money to get to work.
There is a lot more to explain and I feel I have got a very good case for breach of human rights. Please contact me as soon as possible.

How on earth can the csa – or anyone – justify this? Best about it is, the mother will be claiming every benefit going whilst you are coppering up for a pot noodle for your tea! I’m totally with the fathers on this, the csa and all invved with it’s running are complete idiots!
Have you tried complaining to ICE? X
I work to support my kids provide for them why shouldn’t men my ex hasn’t payed anything for years yet he’s been earning £1000 a week always 2 sides to every story very sore subject I might get help but I’m left with nothing so tell me why shouldn’t the man have to help provide???? Csa has done nothing to help me only say what he should pay but he doesn’t,
All cases are different ….
The csa are killing people. Go unemployed or selfemployed .
