I’m getting sick and tired of being messed around – I’m struggling to cope
i have had my two boys living with me since 0ctober 26 2012 and have been told that i can be paid from this date. now the date has changed again. When i had to pay csa to my ex partner they took £925 after about a month without me knowing. how the hell is it right that i have to wait 7 months with my ex partner paying nothing and now the date has changed again?
im getting sick and tired of being messed around and struggling to cope . if this is not resolved and paid from date agreed ,as stated by a manager after listening to recorded calls, i WILL go to the national press. its a bloody disgrace.

what date did you make your application for child maintenance via the CSA ?
Have they contacted your ex partner to advise that application has been made?
The legislation is that the initial effective date of the case is the date the agency make contact with the NRP – (if they are unable to contact the NRP by phone the effective date is set by the date the Maintenance Enquiry Form is posted to the NRP)
