I’m fed up of the CSA messing me around

My ex ran off with another man in 1994 (with another man who she later married in 2008) she has sat on the dole all this time. lazy cow while her boyfreind who was in the army was on good wages ( i smell a fiddle)

right… when she ran off with my oldest son age 4 i did not know where she was for 6 months with my child. she returned 6 months later on fathers day to expect me to pick up where shed left off. id moved on with a child hood sweetheart who is my wife of many years. we had a son 11 months after the ex child was born ( was unsure he was mine) csa chased and chased I filled in paperwork promptly as i wanted it sorted asap it was causing distress with my wife (then girlfriend) our son was born, csa wont take him in to consideration until 1996 he was born 1995.

my wife had 3 kids from previous marriage and they wont take them in to consideration either so 4 kids in all. they was taking 2.30 from my benefit which they say they have never had and as its too old now no record of it ever being deducted. in 1996 after a 2 year legal battle we filed to take them to court and they backed down .. guess what they now say this legal battle never happened and again as no paperwork as over 6 years old and we moved abroad as case was closed (cum to that bit in min) no record they have MIRACULUSLY disapeared and it never happened they say I was NOT named as this kid father till 1998; i was named in 1994 as i had to get a court order for the oldest son while she was in hospital which when she came out of hospital she broke over and over again.

had NO contact with either of them as a result. in 2001 had a face to face meeting and the case closed (denied by them) however NO CONTACT has been made between me and csa since 2001 even tho they state we had contact ion 2005 (we lived in Spain so no they did not)

then 2007 we had come back but was at a different house (so again they lied) I was not contacted and refuse to give details (more lies) in feb 2011 she claimed AGAIN for a case we was told would NEVER get passed application stage and the reason it was closed was because they did not think there was a case to answer they did not think it was my child and neither did i. When asked about this when it all got drugged up they said it was because i was on benefit id just bought a house so no i wasnt…. u cant buy a house on the dole. (more lies from them)

there has been NO acceptance i owe any debt from 1994 no payments have been made as i have 5 kids to lool after they are now trying to claim this back up to 1999. CASE WAS CLOSED i challenged them with this they then aid wasnt closed so did datat subject request and there ids the paperwork signed in 2011 by 2 signatures states IT WAS ORIGINALLY CLOSED BUT HAS BEEN REOPENED. so it was closed. in 2012 had dna tuurns out he is mine. ok no problem but i am not being ripped off..

it has taken since 2011 and i still dont pay as they cannot get the figure correct. they have admitted MAS MALADMINISTRATION IN WRITING HAVE APOLOGISED (2ND AMISSION) AND PAID £50 (3rd admission) IF i EVER GET IT AS 4 MONTHS OF WAITING CARD WAS NEVER ORDERED. not that sorry then are they for 19 years of mess ups. they are refusing to take in to consideration i have to pay out to keep a roof over my kids head and also food bills etc been told to sell tv to fre up money as wont have to pay for a license to pay them instead. my wife said we wont be able to eat theres £30 a month left for food if they persist at the current assessment (CSA DONT CARE) and as this is to the detriment of our children cannot pay them or bills its one or the other a manager told my wife we can point u in the way of a charity that can help u feed your kids (handouts of food) my wife went mad at them.

totally uncaring 0our kids can starve to pay a 19 year that is working and becasue he does 12 hours college we get ripped off. this is now going to appeal and tribunal and also through the independant case examiner then its going ombudsman and then I am intending to sue for compensation for their ADMITTED MALADMINISTRATION and what they have put my wife and i through all these years including (NO NRECORDED apparantly) harrasment my wife has endured 8 times a day calling the house had number changed 3 times as a result still keep pushing for a call number no way and any calls i or my wife make are recorded. i am absoulty at the end of my teather MP was useless works for government helped when diod not think the kid was mine but as soon as dna confirmed he was her attiude and words were “weres the problem hes yrs pay up” with what???????we have to live too.

the kid has made it VERY CLEAR he does not want to know why his father is not in his life all he wants is a BIG FAT CHECK….ay gunna happen if any payments will be drip fed he wont get it in one money grabbing little shit just like my ex. glad when next year comes hes 20 and out mine and my wifes life for good. it could have been so different but kids been brainwashed and been bad mouthed all over facebook too.

we had all moved on until my mother told the csa all our details and all she has suceed in doing is losing me…. she has always sided with my ex as she sees my wife as in the way of her seeing the kids every day due to me not being with her and she no lives so far away…. pathetic im married and so is the ex… why dont people just get on with their lives.
