I’m fed up of having to chase my payments

I want to know why when I rang the CSA today to see where my payment is they tell me it came in towards the end of last month and just has not been processed yet!

I appreciate it has been Christmas/New year but this happens regularly and once an employee admitted to me that basically someone just needed to press a button to process my payment. I am fed up of having to telephone and chase up my payments.
