I’m complaining but nothing’s happening – where do I go from here?
Hi there
I can’t get a call back from my case worker. I keep calling and speaking to a line manager , who then go on to tell me they cannot do anything. They then escalate the case for a 24hr callback which doesn’t happen. I can’t get to speak to anyone with any authority. I have complained but nothing seems to be happening. Where can I go from here. Can’t sort the problems out if they won’t talk to me, they won’t help and won’t let me help myself.
Help!

I would suggest you speak to your local MP and he can put in an escalated conplaint in for you and it goes to a department in Falkirk, I found em to be amazing and really helpful at sorting issues out.
