If you have a copy of the court order you could perhaps send a copy to the CSA and see if that makes a difference
The csa is closing and cases then go through cms. Its a new system. There’s a 20-00 application fee but if you have proof of violence this is waivered. I believe the 4% is still taken before you get any child support but I’m not sure. There is a free number to call and they will advise you on this. Lisa Roberts do you know the cms options number
I got told I had to pay 25.00 or contact my ex.
I’ve had a letter because of the change and also a dv victim and children’s dad not allowed contact because of the level of violence but not once did they say I needed to contact him and as long as I had the proof would not be charged.
Unfortunately this new system has not been set up for cases like ours but flip side it did need changing.

What on earth is it the CSA/CMS do to actually earn their wages ? I don’t agree with the system but surely if they are taking an extra 20% from NRP and 4% from the children and an admin fee from resident parent they should be expected to do some actual work and do it god damn correctly !
