Csa are legal robbing scum no care for u ur family ur life ur bills n living they think u just have money to throw away. Nobody can or will help you. Millions are being screwed over as cash cows. All u can do is give up work. Soon u will get added arrears the payment will go up. U have to pay until child is 20 or in full time work but the csa find away to keep taking off you even wen the child has moved out and is 25 there is no letting up wat they do and get away with. They are not a gov dept but a gov set up agency to make money. Mps are shareholders as are the cab. Solicitors courts etc. The csa make 3mill a month interest and pay it to share holders

@adrian actually the CSA can enforce payment whether your on the birth certificate or not, the mother names the father the act on it, until proven otherwise the alleged father will carry on having to make payments, they have to by law offer you DNA testing if you nag at them, make a complaint to management until this is done, unfortunately the mother has the final say, to the person posting do you know the mother why so long before she has asked for payment

The csa are bent. You can. Kill the csa so they go bust. You can beet your ex up so much that the csa will stop. You can kill your ex. You can go to your local mp and tell them about the csa coz the csa are just a company and that meens your employer cant give your details to the csa as you can sue your employer.
Get housing benefit let them pay your rent if they won’t leave you with money to pay it your self. What’s needed is a protest group set up to get the law changed. So payments are affordable

to confirm lisa is correct. the birth certificate is irrelevant. Your best option is to take the DNA test. if this confirms the result then to be fair the CSA is the least of your problems. you have a teenage kid with your name on it. you can negotiate payment with the CSA but they dont bend easy. but equally lets be fair you havent done anything to support your kid for 17 years. not your fault this is accepted. however the good news and there is little of it is that the claim doesn’t start from when the kid was born but from the date the claim was made. but equally s/he might be a great kid and an asset to you. Or the DNA test is negative and then no problem
