  1. Demand a DNA test. If a woman can stoop this low then how do you know the child is yours ???

  2. @adrian actually the CSA can enforce payment whether your on the birth certificate or not, the mother names the father the act on it, until proven otherwise the alleged father will carry on having to make payments, they have to by law offer you DNA testing if you nag at them, make a complaint to management until this is done, unfortunately the mother has the final say, to the person posting do you know the mother why so long before she has asked for payment

  3. to confirm lisa is correct. the birth certificate is irrelevant. Your best option is to take the DNA test. if this confirms the result then to be fair the CSA is the least of your problems. you have a teenage kid with your name on it. you can negotiate payment with the CSA but they dont bend easy. but equally lets be fair you havent done anything to support your kid for 17 years. not your fault this is accepted. however the good news and there is little of it is that the claim doesn’t start from when the kid was born but from the date the claim was made. but equally s/he might be a great kid and an asset to you. Or the DNA test is negative and then no problem
