  1. hi I hope yhis advice will hel. first DONT LOSE HOPE. there is always hope. however I am aware that fine words butter no parsnips.
so to the point. firstly visit your docter. the word is depression. dont be shy about it the doctor can open many doors including assisting in a claim for disability whicch helps finacially.

if you do not have an address visit your council hoemless section. the council willhave a duty to house you under the mental health act, what this means is a b and b for a while, but this will be your base for a a scrap with the ex.

your scrap start with locating your child. once you have done this visit your local county court office family section and ask for the paperworkfor a contact order.
as your not working it costs u nothing. fill out the form. ( the instructions are on the form.) this starts your court case. she may not attend asshe seems ignorant. in which case carry on without her. if she does attend consider it a bonus and dont get emotional ie angry. there are almost no grounds for the court to refuse you a contact order.

Once the order is granted its the begining of the end for her. refusing to comlpy with a court order is a crimminal offence. so to assist your understanding google contempt of court. in extreme cases the courts can and have reversed the court order in favour of the dad, so the mother is in your shoes.

the truth is the law states that a child has a right to see its parents. not the otherway round. so you are protecting the right of the child. so you cant actually lose the case unless you have abused your child.

as a word of warning your ex will respond usually with lies and bullshit. dont be distracted by this the courts have heard it all before. and bullshit does not change the law or sway judges.

your best weapons are information and patience

good luck if you can let us all know how it goesgreat. and if you get stuck or need to vent off we are all here.
