I’m annoyed that I can’t get any support for my daughters

I am struggling working full time on a low income with my 13 year old daughter. my ex husband my daughters biological father refuses to pay anything towards the cost of my daughters living.

I have contacted the CSA but they haven’t got back to me with any feedback. they did say they would contact mr after 5 days ,that was near 6 weeks ago .

I have tried phoning them this morning actually and I am unable to get through I was kept waiting on the phone for 30 minute’s until I had to put the phone down because of phone bills.

I am so annoyed that I am unable to get any support from both my daughters father and the child support agency .. I don’t know what else to do now but complain and maybe someone will listen
