I’ll go bankrupt if the CSA don’t give the money back
I have made regular payments to the csa from 2007 to date by standing order totaling £13,500 and have bank statements to back this up.
They claim I have only paid £9,200 and last pay day on the 26th June 2014 without any prior warning placed an enforcement order on my payroll for £500 per month,inturn with the £200 I pay monthly by standing order I have paid £700 this month causing my mortgage and numerous other DD’s to bounce incurring me even more charges and time off work to sort out the mess.
I obviously raised a dispute , but after 2 weeks of daily calls and no progress I raised a complaint but because I am in dispute the complaint is over ridden,leaving me at their mercy.
I will have to go bankrupt if they don’t pay me back the money or carry on taking the enforcement arrears of nearly £400 which I don’t owe.
I have been to CAB , but still no further.

See your mp asap and take your bank statements with you….give up ringing the csa, they will lose your calls and put you as non compliant. Write a stern letter of complaint with all your outgoings and give them an amount you can afford. It will take time but don’t let them win if you know you’re right. Good luck.
First things first.. Get your arse to http://www.childsupportagencyrippoffs. Speak to Lisa Roberts .. She will guide you through the complaints procedure and provide draught letters and an email list of people to contact.. Next get your mp on board and don’t take any shit from him.. Cab are a waste of time mate.. They are in cahoots with CSA as are the law society, gingerbread etc etc. All stakeholders in the csa
