If my child decides they want to stay with me, where do I stand with the CSA?
I have 2 children with my wife of which i am seperated from. i have one child with me for 4 nights a week and the 2nd 3 nights a week. Im confused at how much csa i have to contribute to my wife as she is living in a house we jointly own. If i have one child who is 13 in october who wishes to stay with me and the other wishes to keep the arrangement of 3 nights a week, what are my rights then? My wife only works part time which she refuses to go full time.

who is currently claiming child benefit for the children – is your ex wife claiming for both or do you claim for the child that is staying with you 4 nights per week?
