No
No they won’t. I’m NRPP and my wages never got touched.
No your wife’s wages are nothing to do with them thankfully
Wife’s wages won’t count but tax credits do so if she has a low wage she does pay csa out tax credits this needs to stop as the parent with care gets her full tax credits along with everything else child benefit ect
If your case was started before March 2003 then yes, your new partner’s income will count. For cases started after March 2003, no, it won’t count.
There are some poor bastards in this position where their earnings are being given to their husband’s ex-wife. Imagine how tough a pill that is to swallow.
It really depends on what scheme your case is on. Under 1993 scheme, then total household income would be considered.
If your case is on either 2003 or 2012 scheme, the calculation is based purely on a percentage of your income.
Mine were as we were before 2003. I ended up leaving my job ironically working for DWP and going self employed. Absolutely disgusting how I am expected to pay for a child who I have no legal rights over who is not legally mine…… I could go on. Shit system designed fully to attack those who will pay and letting down those whose NRP refuse to pay.
