You can kiss that good bye for ever……the only thing you can do is continuously complain at them about it, if you get no where (which I know you won’t) then get your local PM involved, I have heard that people have done this and sometimes it works, but yon have to be able to prove you have over paid…….but, Good luck anyway….!!!!!
