If I get a payrise, do I have to inform the CSA?

Hi, I am on the 2012 system.

Question: I was informed when the scum called me from my spiteful ex despite me paying for my 2 children for the past 5 years with no issues. She just wanted more money.

I have now lost all contact with them as she has turned them against me, whilst she has moved into a new 350,000 house got a new car and married a bloke on approx. 50,000 salary well he has his own business so I guess he doesn’t tell the csa this due to him also having to pay.

Question is: I was informed if I get a payrise from work I do not have to inform them or pay any extra however; from reading on hear that seems to be incorrect as I will start to incur arreas.

Advise pls

  1. Correct if you don’t inform them they will sting you for arrears at some point in the future. This will mean 40% of your net and that’s more or less guaranteed. It’s a shit situation and I feel for ya buddy. The more you earn the more the child eats. He’ll no wonder the country is full of obese children. It’s the CSA that’s at fault. Greedy scum they are

Me to Fred…. I have select points scheme on my salary where I can use to purchase things like extra leave days, in-store discounts, buying a car etc etc. or just cash them in where they then become prey to the CSA vultures.so I will use mine for avc’s on my pension sooner than give it to the bitch of an ex . I wouldn’t mind giving it if I had some control over how it’s spent and who it’s spent on,but we have no rights, just cough up.It makes my blood boil to think that my daughter only has a fraction of the hundreds of pounds I’m forced to hand over to her skank mother and boyfriend to piss up the wall and buy fags.
    Gonk

  3. I would not say a word until you are asked for the information. In the mean time tuck all you can away into company pension and other tax break schemes. There is life after the CSA close a case, make sure its a good one….
