If I do more overtime the ex tells the CSA I earn more
I’m sure having 2 people in the same position but each paying against different rules goes against article 14 of the Human Rights act on discrimination……. Can i use this quote with the csa and would it stand up in a court of law ?. I have always paid for my son who is now 16 so i am on the old system. My money grabbing ex has contacted the csa saying that I’ve been doing more hours.
Yes i have and the reason i have been is to pay off some debts and to cover the £250 csa so i can live a little. Why can they take into account my over time as my payments now look like it might be as high as £570. If this is the case and i do more overtime to cover this then i would be screwed again if my ex told them i was working more, it’s a no win situation.
If i was on the new system then my payments would be £285 so how can they justify me paying double than someone on the new system, this can’t be right and should come under article 14 of the Human Rights act on discrimination

@CSAHell I had two busy weeks in July 2 years ago . My ex told them and my payments went up to 650 a month from 225. Judge said cont.
@CSAHell he didn’t care what bills / debts I had and nearly got arrested for arguing my point in court. #csa are evil people

Throw every human rights article at them you possibly can the CSA hate us fighting back. Complain after complaining complain again the more you complain the more they will see we are not taking this lying down. The CSA do take overtime into account the more overtime you do the more they will take. Keep fighting them tell the CSA nothing record all calls and copy all letters at all times.
it is actually against the law not to tell the csa everything and if you are found to have withheld any details or information you can be prosecuted. Yes they do take into account all money you earn incuding bonuses and overtime.
as for the fact youre on the old system unfortunately its just how it is there is nothing you can do about this at all but apparently all cases on both csa 1 and 2 are to be migrated to the new csa 3 system soon hopefully this might make things a little easier on you
@ Amanda the poor guy has to live, cant blame him for doing overtime to cover what he is losing, the CSA is wrong, you want to throw every human right at them, then make a massive complaint to the top, get your mp on board, they can always sort your payments and get them lowered, at the end of the day the mum has all the benefits to fall back on like Child Benefit and child tax credits, men don’t have anything else they can use, so what do they do starve????? not pay bills, some women are a damn disgrace, they put themselves before there children, money talks cant you tell
As I said tell them nothing and keep fighting. They are breaching our human rights every day. It is actually against the law to make a family homeless yet they do week after week. It is actually against the law to blackmail people but again they do everyday. It is actually against the law to put young babies in poverty by taken off the baby to give to the child of the mother that went to the CSA. I could go on with lists of laws they break 🙂
@ Amanda are you just some desperate bint looking for advice to your csa problems or are you just here to cause more misery for the men genuinely in need of help!!!! Why anybody in the right mind would want to contact csa about anything at all is beyond me, im a normal woman and i wouldt give them time of day, the only people who ring the csa are desperate saddos looking for a few quid for a night out or new pair of shoes, so if you don’t mind run along your boring us now!!!!!!!
