If I could do without the pittance that he pays I would
Why can my ex get away with not paying regular payments even though he has an attachment to wages, also as this has happened more than too often why the csa can not do ANYTHING ABOUT IT?!
So i was told ,i mean i know they contact the employer and issue warnings and fines however this does not help me and the financial difficulties that we are in,why can he get away with not paying regular payments and thier must be other legal routes i can go down to make sure we get a payment every month without fail.
Why is their not stronger laws for this from what i can gather he is in cahoots with his employers and when he uses his gift of the gab to stop the them paying any money it takes up to 6 weeks at least to get back the money owed and then he is safe from any arrears because he payed within the next month.
He is only doing this because his son refuses to see him why cant anything be done he is responsible for a life and not only that but i have given details of a further employer who csa have not investigated i also know he earns more than he states.
I am not a money grabbing victim i have a child who is 6 years old and is growing fast believe me if i didnt need this pittance that he pays us i would go without and thats for sure.

because he need to live to . his wag goes up an d down , may had time of work and it was unpay work . could lost hrs . been ill their are 1000s of thing that could be why it up and down their is nothing you can do or can csa if he not got the money he not go it
There’s not always a reason other than wanting to delay paying. My sons dad is is regular employment has been since he was 16, he’s 42 now. Every month he changes direct debit dates, cancels direct debits. He has the money no excuse not to pay!
sadly, the CSA have a hell of a lot of power and they enforce it with gusto on people like me who for 14 years have never offered any resistance at all, even reported myself to them day 1. They make enough hard work dealing with the weak people like me who simply pay their dues.
When it comes to difficult cases they don’t have either the time or the inclination to dig deep and deliver these super powers they claim to have. If his employers are in cahoots with him then the CSA will have a hell of a time of it and he’ll side step them every bit of the way.
The other option is to take it through the court system, the CSA isn’t the only way to recover monies. A judge would be in a position to ask him to bring statements, payments etc etc and if he tries to blag the judge then he’s in contempt of court. He probably doesn’t view the CSA with the same amount of severity. hope this helps
What exactly is a pittance? How much? If its such a pittance why are you even bothering. Why doesn’t his son want to see him? You never said
